Nuclear, Biological and Chemical resistant Hand Gloves

NBC gloves as the name suggests are designed to protect a person during a nuclear biological and chemical attack.
There is hardly any material known to help mankind survive a nuclear attack. However to survive in this environment for short duration could be of critical consideration. Thus, head to toe coverings have been designed to survive, if only for a few hours.

The gloves are basically made of impermeable compounded butyl rubber .The tricky part is that one who wears it must be protected completely for the duration of the time he is to work in the environment and secondly it has to allow him to work. So a critical balance of properties has to be maintained.

ASRI has conducted a detailed research on the compound and its processing parameters for making both injection and compression moulded NBC gloves.

ASRI has the knowledge for the type of moulds and machinery required for it. Successful trial runs have been made and now it is capable of handling the production of these very critical NBC gloves.
